Founded the Bristol Technology Showcase to create an executive-focused technology event exploring emerging technologies and the opportunities presented by the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Designed for business leaders, investors and technology professionals, the Showcase brought together keynote speakers, panel discussions, technology demonstrations and innovation exhibits to explore how advances in artificial intelligence, automation, robotics and digital transformation are reshaping organisations and society. The event became recognised as one of the South West's leading independent technology events, bringing together industry, academia and the regional technology community.
Teaching Associate at Warwick Business School, supporting postgraduate education across technology, digital transformation and business leadership. Working with experienced professionals and future leaders, Nick combined practical consulting experience with academic teaching to help students apply executive thinking to real-world organisational challenges.
Co-founded the Bristol Technology Festival, a city-wide collaboration established to celebrate Bristol and Bath's thriving technology ecosystem. Bringing together leading technology organisations, universities, community groups and industry events, the festival created a shared platform to showcase innovation, inspire future talent and strengthen the region's reputation as one of the UK's leading technology hubs. The inaugural festival united multiple established events, including the Bristol Technology Showcase, under a single collaborative programme connecting business leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, investors and the wider technology community.
